INTRODUCTION TO MARRIAGE MENTORING
It’s such a pity how many of us young people take time to prepare for other things but barely make genuine preparations for our marriage life. Some spend year in medical schools, engineering polytechnics studying how to operate machines or human beings but when it comes to marriage we think if we just need to find a handsome tall man – financially loaded or a Coca-Cola bottle shaped lady with dove eyes then you can just walk to the alter and say I do. (anyway the result are eminent in our communities daily)
Most of the time when couples say they are preparing for marriage they are actually insinuating that they’re preparing for their wedding day, ” this is wrong” it is good to prepare for your wedding day but there is a day after wedding called “marriage” that’s when the real business of marriage begins, your preparation is tasted.
I think we must renew our marriage ideology from the world’s standards to the standards of the very one who created it which is (God)
How do we prepare for marriage then…..?
Read books, read what the bible teaches on marriage, attend seminars on marriage mentoring like this one

Read books, read what the bible teaches on marriage, make financial commitments for your marriage in advance (mostly the men) attend serminars on marriage mentoring like this one
Just as pastor said in his precious presentations God instituted marriage to reduce man’s problems and not to compound them.
Hence if we desire to have fruitful marriages then we must prepare and the best time to start preparing is now that you are single.
